THE WAY OF FLOW
Mastering the Art of Flow Through Martial Arts
By Celina Taganas Duffy
The Way of Flow is a raw account of Duffy’s non-linear journey as a female fighter and the process she uses to achieve a flow state through martial arts, while subsequently applying it to her other endeavors: art, branding, and entrepreneurialism. Her memoir focuses on her life as a martial artist in Los Angeles and her struggle to overcome her deepest fears. Along the way, she uncovers her family roots on her path to unharnessing the warrior within.
